Errol Morris ranks at number seven in the top forty best directors of our time from the Guardian Unlimited. The imporant bit here, Errol Morris, a documentarian, is among the best directors today. We hope to see more documentarians fill in the top ten someday soon.

Berklee College of Music went the MIT Open CourseWare route by offering free music lessons online at BerkleeShares. Currently the offerings are small, but we’re looking forward to seeing it grow. Of note are their tutorials in production using Pro Tools. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, quality audio production seperates pro documentary film work from amateur in the most obvious way.
